3. 02 COLOR PHOTOS, 48 MM X 33 MM, WHITE BACKGROUND 75% FACE SHOULD BE SEEN

5. ORIGINAL PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT FOR LAST 06 MONTHS OF PAX WITH BANK SEAL & SIGN ON IT MINIMUM BALANCES OF RS 160000
6. HOTEL BOOKING WITH PAX NAMES WITH PHYSICAL ADDRESS & CONTACT NUMBER OF CHINA
7. DAY TO DAY ITENARY
8. ONLINE VISA FORM DULY FILLED AND SIGNED BY THE PAX ONLY, ANY PROBLEM IN SIGN VISA APPLICATION WILL BE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY VFS

Business Requirements

1. PASSPORT VALID FOR MIN 6 MONTHS
2. INDIAN COVERING LETTER ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD WITH FULL DETAIL AND SEAL OF THE COMPANY
3. SCANNED COPY OF INVITATION FROM CHINA ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD  WITH FULL DETAIL SIGN AND SEAL
4. REQUIRED ID PROOF OF THE INVITATION SIGNATORY
5. PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT MIN BAL OF 1.60 LAC ORIGINAL, IF ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENT THEN ALSO BANK SEAL AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED
6. RETURN CONFORM TICKET
7. GST CERTIFICATE
8. BUSINESS LICENSE COPY

Family Visit Requirement

1. Two white background passport size photographs.
2. Typed covering letter, addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.
3. Invitation letter from relatives staying in China due to work or study.
4. Invitation letter should be addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai /Consulate General of People’s Republic of China, Mumbai.
5. Mentioning the inviter’s details such as address, contact details etc.
6. Relative’s passport copies; first and last page.
7. Relative’s Chinese status (Chinese Visa) copy.
8. Kinship Certificate.(Relationship Certificate which may include Birth certificate, Marriage certificate etc.)
9. Original passport with minimum validity of six months and minimum two blank pages. If applying for the S1 visa category then the passport must have a minimum validity of 12 months. Passport copies, first and last page.
10. Valid Indian status (Indian visa) copy and original incase of foreign nationals.
11. Copies of old chinese visas if any.

Work Requirement

1. Two white background passport size photographs.
2. Typed covering letter, addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.
3. Alien Employment License/ Work Permit.
4. Original passport with minimum validity of 12 months and minimum two blank pages. passport copies, first and last page.
5.  Valid Indian status (Indian visa) copy and original incase of foreign nationals.
6. Copies of old chinese visas if any.
7. For work visa(z) scan copies of notification of work permit are accepted but final decisions are taken by the consulate. ( submit original notification or work permit)

Family Reunion Requirement 

1. Two white background passport size photographs.
2. Typed covering letter, adressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.
3. Invitation letter from relative staying in China on Permanent Residence Permit
4.  Invitation letter should be addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai /Consulate General of people’s Republic of china, Mumbai.
5. Mentioning inviter’s details such as address, contact details etc.
6. Relative’s passport copies; first and last page.
7. Relative’s Chinese status (Chinese Visa) copy.

3. Student Visa Application Form (JW 201/202) in original and photocopy.
4. Admission Notice in original and photocopy.
